When to Visit
Buffalo Springs Throughout the Year
Climate: Daytime temperatures average 32°C, with cooler nights around 16°C. Pack a light layer for early morning game drives.
Seasons: Dry seasons (June-Sept, Jan-Feb) are best for game viewing with excellent wildlife concentration around water.
The Long Rains fall between March and May, and the Short Rains between October and December.

Scheduled flights from Nairobi (45 mins). Transfers take 25 mins from Buffalo Springs Airstrip or 1 hour from Kalama Airstrip.
